Indometacin Function:
H&Z® Indometacin is anti-inflammatory, antipyretic effect is obvious, mainly used for salicylic acid drugs not easy to tolerate or curative effect is not significant rheumatic joint inflammation, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis and so on.
Indometacin Application:
The anti-inflammatory effect of indomethacin is stronger than that of butazone and hydrocortisone, and the combined application of indomethacin can reduce the dosage and side effects of the latter.
The antipyretic effect was 10 times that of aminopyrine. But the analgesic effect is weak, only has the obvious analgesic effect to the inflammatory pain.
Gastrointestinal absorption is rapid and complete after oral administration in monogastric animals. The plasma protein binding rate reached 90% at the peak of 1.5 ~ 2h. It is conjugated with glucuronic acid in the liver and excreted by the kidneys.
Some of them enter the intestines with bile and are reabsorbed, while others are discharged by feces. For postoperative trauma, arthritis, tenosynovitis, muscle injury and other inflammatory pain.
